This little Easter bunny wishes you all a happy Easter! Sadly yet another holiday where we're not able to go to Germany to see Patricks family. Easter at his parents place is one of my favorite holidays and I'm sad to be missing it yet another year due to the pandemic. But we're making the best of the situation, doing cute photo shoots with the little one and planning for a nice dinner on Sunday with some of our favorite dishes.
I'm not much for easter decorations, one million colourful feathers just isn't me. But Patrick is all about seasonal decor so when we were at Depot in Mainz I made it a mission to find discrete but beautiful decor that would add a little bit of easter spirit to our home. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Spring flowers, bunnies and birds in gold and driftwood, a soft feather and beautiful eggshells.
Jag är inte direkt ett fan av påskpynt, en miljon färgglada fjädrar är helt enkelt inte min stil. Men Patrick älskar säsongspynt så när vi va på Depot i Mainz bestämde jag mig för att leta upp diskret och smakfull dekor som ger lite vår och påskkänsla i lägenheten. Riktigt nöjd med resultatet! Vårblommor i mjuka toner, harar och fåglar i drivved och guld, en mjuk fjäder och vacka äggskal.
Perfection. Some moments can't be described in any other way. A quiet moment in the garden with some coffee. Completely still, not a whisper of a wind and with the sun giving all it had. I soaked up as much vitamin D as I could as I sat there in my t-shirt watching Milo go on a little adventure in the big garden. The calm and quiet of the country side surroundings and the air that comes with it. Perfection!
Perfektion. Vissa stunder kan inte beskrivas på något annat sätt. En lugn stund i trädgården med en kopp kaffe. Helt stilla, inte en vind som rör sig och med en sol som ger allt. Jag tog in så mycket D vitamin jag kunde där jag satt i min t-shirt och inspekterade Milos äventyr i den stora trädgården. Den lugna landsbyggnaden och luften som kommer med den. Perfektion!
